To be eligible to seek financial assistance from Chances for Children a young person must;

1. Reside in the Mallee Family Care catchment area which includes the shires of Mildura, Ganawarra, Swan Hill, Buloke, Wentworth, Balranald & Wakool (see map in 'Our Region');

2. Be eligible to attend

• Preschool
• Primary school
• Secondary school or
• Any level of post-secondary school education or training. (eg.University, apprenticeship).

3. Have exhausted all other avenues of possible financial support.
